REFUND POLICY
Eligibility
Due to the nature of our herbal products and for health and safety reasons, we can only accept returns of unopened products in their original packaging. Once an herbal product has been opened, it cannot be returned.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unopened and in original packaging
- In the same condition that you received it
- Returned within 14 days of delivery
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at baldhillbotanicals@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at baldhillbotanicals@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will replace the item or provide a full refund, including return shipping costs.
