The Blend

• Elderflower — the star; delicate, floral, and unmistakably elegant; the botanical behind St-Germain and every upscale spa water you've ever loved
• Lemon Balm — bright, lemony, and naturally sweet; lifts the whole blend and soothes as it refreshes
• Lemongrass — sophisticated citrus depth and incredible aroma; the note that makes this blend feel like something from a nice restaurant
• Rose Hips — gentle tartness, natural sweetness, and a warm blush warmth that rounds the blend beautifully
• Butterfly Pea Flower — the color magic; brews to soft periwinkle lavender and shifts to blush pink with a squeeze of fresh lemon or lime
• Spearmint — a cool, clean whisper at the finish; softer and sweeter than peppermint
• Dried Orange Peel — warm citrus brightness and an aroma that makes the whole blend smell as good as it tastes

How to Brew

Cold brew (recommended): Add 2–3 tablespoons to 32 oz of cold water. Cover and refrigerate overnight (8–12 hours). Strain and serve over ice. The tea will be a beautiful soft periwinkle lavender. Squeeze fresh lemon or lime into your glass and watch it shift to blush pink. ✨

Hot: Steep 1–2 teaspoons per 8 oz of just-boiled water for 8–10 minutes, covered. Strain and enjoy. A touch of honey pairs beautifully.

Yields approximately 10–12 cups per ounce.

Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Best used within 1–2 years.
