How to Use

Steep 1–2 teaspoons in 8 oz of just-boiled water for 10–15 minutes, covered. Strain well through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth — mullein's fine leaf hairs can be irritating if not fully strained. Sweeten with honey if desired. Drink 2–3 cups daily as needed. Also well-suited for tinctures, herbal infusions, and respiratory blends. Pairs beautifully with thyme, elecampane, ginger, and licorice root.

Storage

Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Properly stored, dried mullein retains its potency for 1–2 years.
